Terry Dales sadly died peacefully in his sleep with his daughters by his side of Cancer on 13th Sept 2007.
Monday 24th Sept
Cremation & Service at Markeaton Crematorium Derby by Catholic Minister on Monday 24th Sept - family. To mark the end of our Dad's life in Derby.
Dad to go home. Wednesday 26th Sept
Memorial Service, 2.00pm at the Congregational Church, Chauntry Road, Alford, Lincolnshire on Thursday 27th Sept 2007 - family & friends.
Followed By:
Burial of the Cremains at Alford Cemetery, Farlesthorpe Road, Alford, Lincolnshire.
The Family of Terry Dales wish to extend their sincere thanks to everyone for the many kind expressions of sympathy. They invite you to join them for a tribute drink and buffet in the
Half Moon, 25-28 West Street, Alford, Lincolnshire.
